• Payment Instrument: Credit card, debit card, bank transfer, UPI, IMPS, or any other lawful payment method

 

3. Scope of Services

DigiBegin Consulting LLP provides strategic consulting and execution support related to e-commerce marketplaces, digital growth, and allied services.

• All Services are delivered on a best-effort basis

• Outcomes may vary based on market conditions, platform policies, competition, and client participation

• We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, revenue, or profits unless explicitly agreed in writing

 

4. Merchant’s Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any Client engagement at our discretion

• Collect, store, and process information required to deliver Services

• Communicate with Users via email, phone, WhatsApp, or other channels for service-related purposes

• Suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms

 

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information required for service delivery

• Ensure timely payments as per agreed terms

• Provide necessary access, approvals, and information without unreasonable delay

• Comply with all applicable marketplace (e.g., Amazon) policies and laws

• Understand that delays or non-cooperation may impact results

 

6. Payments, Fees & Refunds

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

• Payments must be made using lawful Payment Instruments

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement or refund policy

• Any chargebacks, disputes, or reversals without prior communication may result in service suspension

 

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Misrepresent your identity or authority

• Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data

• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit Platform content

• Harass, abuse, or threaten our team or other Users

• Use automation tools (bots, scripts) without permission

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, SOPs, and training material, is the intellectual property of DigiBegin Consulting LLP.

• Client-specific data remains confidential unless disclosure is required by law

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific Service giving rise to the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold DigiBegin Consulting LLP harmless against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

 

10. Reviews, Testimonials & Feedback

By submitting feedback, testimonials, or reviews:

• You confirm they are genuine and based on actual experience

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use them for marketing purposes

• We reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion

 

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, commercial, and sensitive information exchanged during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

 

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in Mumbai, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator.

• Proceedings shall remain confidential

• Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief
